Situated on the B211, against the magnificent backdrop of Rohrau Castle and at the same time in the middle of the beautiful natural landscape of the Leithaauen, we have reserved a few parking spaces for you on our paved gravel car park in the castle moat under shady trees. You can visit the castle with its impressive art collection on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. In the village, you can discover the birthplace of the composer brothers Joseph and Michael Haydn and the various stations on the "Rohraupfad". On a walk through the Leithaau, you can expect to see herons, beavers and wild boars and perhaps even the mysterious crocodile of Count Ernst Harrach zu Rohrau. Cycle in the footsteps of the Avars, Romans and Kurucs through the agricultural landscape of the Pannonian Plain.
